The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs welcomes invitations for the Commissioner’s attendance at events. To request the Commissioner’s attendance, please complete and submit the form below.

Please be aware that due to the number of requests for the Commissioner’s attendance, submission of this form does not guarantee a response from our office. A representative will contact you if there are any follow-up questions about the event.

Due to State ethics rules and other requirements, please be aware that any event promotions or advertisements – flyers, press releases, or other messaging – that seek to include the Commissioner’s name, title, or photograph related to any event must receive prior approval by the DCA Communications Office. Information on how to receive such approval will be provided upon confirmation of the Commissioner’s attendance at an event.
